You will pay the specified discounted monthly price for either 30/60/90 Days which is Line Speed dependent from the date the services goes active. Thereafter, you will be invoiced the full retail price. Please note: we reserve the right to change the retail and promotional pricing at any time. The promotional price reflects a discount off the current retail price. If the retail price increases, we may adjust both the retail and the promotional prices during the promotion period accordingly.

Free to USE Wi-Fi Router
As part of your FTTH bundle, we include a Wi-Fi router to use for free. If you decide to cancel your service with Vox, we will send a courier to collect the router. Note: Our Routers are up to 1Gbps speed capable using a wired connection. Vox cannot guarantee the throughput speeds and coverage when connected via Wi-Fi.
Free Installation
Vox will cover the costs associated for a standard installation as prescribed by the Fibre Network Operators we partner with. If the service is cancelled with 12 months, Vox will recover these costs waivered upfront in full.

Uncapped and Unlimited data
As part of your FTTH bundle, we include Vox’s premium Uncapped and Unlimited data.
No fair use policies apply
We don’t apply any Fair Usage Policies to the data that is provided in your bundle, allowing you to truly enjoy the Fibre experience. Note: The Openserve Web Connect product is excluded. A Fair Usage Policy is applied and managed directly by Openserve.
60 free Voice minutes
You qualify for 60 free Voice calling minutes. To start making calls from the Vobi App you need to register for this service in the Customer Zone once your home fibre is activated. The first 60 minutes are free, and you only pay 46c per minute to any network when your free minutes are consumed.
R50 Wi-Fi Router Delivery Fee
A Once-off Wi-Fi Router Delivery Fee of R50 will be charged for all new orders
R230 Order Processing Fee
A once-off order processing fee will be charged for the administration costs and router delivery fees associated with the placement and implementation of your fibre order
